Luxury dog hotel offers comfortable boarding and professional care to your beloved pets
Your dogs will be boarded individually in private rooms with comfortable beds. There are special dog care facilities available such as a training hall, spacious living rooms, indoor playrooms with toys and creative climbing frames, some separate outdoor space for running and a playground with a swimming pool.
Dog Hotel is located a mere 20 minutes from Prague. The owners of the boarded dogs are offered FREE on-site car parking during the whole time of pet boarding.
Some parts of the hotel and outdoor space for running are monitored by surveillance cameras with security online transmission, so during the stay of your pet you can watch your dog through mobile applications from whatever part of the world.

The Stay Schedule

Dog boarding programme and the whole pet stay is organised on the basis of an hour schedule which is gently adopted and tailored to individual needs and habits of a pet. The speed of pet integration into the team and the process of getting used to the new environment are thoughtfully considered as well.During the stay the character of each dog and its possible intolerance of others are taken into account. As soon as a dog learns how to control its behaviour, it will be carefully introduced to the team. The dogs that attack others will be offered a special programme in terms of their stay including some training or/and socialization. While having activities, they are wearing muzzles and free activities are only allowed when being separated. For such a type of dogs intensive socialization and re-socialization trainings are recommended during the stay.Having appropriate weather, we spend most time with our guests outside, or playtime can be arranged inside where hotel playrooms and a spacious training hall designed with the best comfort in mind are available.Walkies will take place according to the client’s actual needs and habits.

All the employees of our dog hotel have years of valuable experience in pet care and training, they are also trained in canine ethology and dog psychology, it means they are qualified to recognize a dog’s character and predict its behavior, they can also deal with unexpected situations assertively.

My whole life I’ve had dogs and cats of various breeds, though my heart belongs to Chinese crested dogs. As a co-owner of VIP Pets and the owner of Cat Hotel VIP Cats I am in charge of day-to-day hotel operations; I provide daily care for our guests and assist their owners. One of my tasks is creating programmes (basic training, socializing and re-socializing courses) for the dogs during their stay at the hotel.

Toshiro, Tamiko a KimiNáš asi desetiletý kříženec Puňťa, kterého jsme se před 3 lety ujali, se do VIP Pets hotelu dostal náhodou. Byl tam převezen v nouzové situaci ne námi, protože jsme byli v zahraničí na dovolené. O to více jsme byli zvědavi, jak se mu v novém prostředí bude líbit. Naši spokojenost jsme vyjádřili 5 hvězdičkami, líbilo se tam nejen nám, ale hlavně Puňťovi, který se s náhradními "paničkami" loučil jen velmi nerad. Nadstandardní prostředí, laskavý a profesionální přístup ke psům, vstřícné a ochotné jednání s majiteli zvířat.
